Who's this smart young man?

Why are all these guys waiting around by their bus? I recently (1/8/06) received the following email from Geoff Ainsley (3rd right, middle row):

"...there's a picture of a motley crew stood outside a bus. Only guessing (the personnel in the picture could be checked against the match result if anyone has it), but I reckon that's the county team on the occasion of the minor counties final against Sussex - played in Coventry - I think we lost 8 1/2 - 7 1/2 after turning up with 45 mins expended on all of our clocks. If I remember correctly the first bus broke down before it got to us so we were late setting off, and then the driver had to stop for a break when we didn't have time for it because he'd done his 4 hrs or whatever."

John Wheeler has pointed out that this was in fact John Turnock's 100th successive county match for Northumberland. (4/1/07)

NCA delegates and wives, all smartly dressed up for the NCCU Centenary dinner (probably 1999)
