Notes

  1. Use this form for Summer Competition matches only (KO or Plate) with 4 boards.

  3. If no game is played on a particular board, leave the Score 'radio buttons' blank.

  4. Please include the handicap as agreed in advance by the captains using the grading handicap table.

  5. Items marked  * are optional.

  6. Clicking the 'Confirm' button at the end, causes the information supplied to be checked as far as possible (e.g. that defaulted games are not marked as drawn). If everything appears to be OK, a copy of the match data is shown on the screen. A copy is then emailed to the Competition Organiser, Website manager, Bulletin Editor and NE1 Forum organiser for their records to be updated. You will also be sent a copy if you tick the appropriate box.
